No Refunds / Returns Policy

At gavnfx, we sell digital products including, but not limited to, editing assets, presets, overlays, graphics, templates, project files, and downloadable digital content.

Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

By purchasing from GavnFX, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded.
• All purchases are non-refundable.
• Refund requests based on accidental purchases, change of mind, lack of use, or incompatibility with software not listed in the product description will not be approved.
• It is the customer's responsibility to review product descriptions, requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• The purchased file is permanently corrupted and cannot be replaced.
• You did not receive access to the purchased product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Any exception will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at GavnFX's sole discretion.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly delivered digital product may result in:

• Immediate suspension of access to purchased products.
• Removal of access to future updates.
• Restriction or termination of future purchases from gavnfx.
